I have always been a fan of trying new products and giving you my honest review on them!
I have said it before, and I will say it again… It can be extremely overwhelming as a consumer to choose a product out of the vast number of options that are out there.
With that being said, just because a product does or doesn’t work for my hair doesn’t mean it will be the same for yours because yes, density, texture, and preferences always matter and play a role in a products effectiveness.
My goal is to simply tell you what I do or don’t like about a product and you can decide from there if it seems fitting for you.
This week I am going to review a new leave in conditioner that I have been using for the past month or so.
1. Extremely affordable.
No one wants to break the bank on hair product especially when you aren’t sure if it will be the right fit for you. This product on amazon is priced at $14.95 CDN.
2. Doesn’t leave a heavy film on the hair
Some leave in conditioners I have used in the past leave such a heavy feeling on your hair that it almost feels impossible to dry and certainly causes your hair to feel dirty faster.
This spray is extremely light on the hair making it great for fine hair that is otherwise easily weighed down.
3. Gluten, Paraben, Sulphate, and Dye Free
Seeing how a lot of women out there are finding out they have gluten sensitivities, this product is formulated to ensure that if that is you, you can still use it!
Additionally, this product will keep your hair healthy, your color strong, and keep your hair truly moisturized because it does not contain any of the harmful ingredients that would otherwise compromise your hairs integrity.
4. Acts as a thermal protectant
A thermal protectant is included in this product to help fight against heat damage, frizz, and humidity.
1. I personally don’t feel a huge difference when brushing my hair
Unfortunately, because this product is so light, for my medium hair I don’t feel a huge difference when I spray it on.
I continue using it because I trust the ingredients and I know that whether or not it feels to the touch like it is working, it is providing value to my hair’s integrity.
2. The smell is so light, almost non-existent
Some may prefer this, but for myself I love a good smelling hair product. The smell this product has is very clean and fresh, but hardly noticeable.
3. I don’t feel it makes a huge difference with shine or softening of the hair
I love when a deep condition leaves an obvious smooth feeling to my hair as I am brushing it out and creates a nice glossy shine when I dry it. This one has a very minimal visible finish to it, but that does not mean it isn’t working.
To sum it all up, personally, I won’t re purchase this product again anytime soon because it isn’t my favorite out of all the leave-in conditioners I have tried.
However, I don’t “not” recommend this product to you. Especially if you have fine hair, you may really enjoy this product.
I have linked the product here and above if you would like to go check it out!
