If you find that disgusting, I don’t blame you! But I’d also ask, do you have a horse mane for hair like I do?😂

I’m writing about how I do this most effectively on the blog today! I am sharing with you my routine on the days I don’t wash my hair to keep it feeling and looking fresh and soft😊

⁣
If you are someone who loves the keep your hair bright but doesn’t like the harsh grow out or harsh lines that a full foil can create, adding shadow root might be for you!⁣
⁣
The method works by choosing a translucent semi permanent color that is 1-2 shades darker than the highlight and TAPPING THE ROOT. This is different then a root melt in that the root color will be close to invisible!⁣
⁣
It creates a soft, lived in look that makes for an easier grow out and a natural finish✨⁣

“The higher the bun, the higher the productivity” 😅👱🏻‍♀️⁣

But in all seriousness, Madeline’s Program has taught me about a lot more than just fitness... It has also played an influential role in my view of what it looks like to properly fuel my body with food. ⁣
⁣
And as you’ll read today, I didn’t always have a healthy relationship with food.🥖🥦🧇🍎⁣

But there is one thing I, as a stylist, highly highly recommend for any of you who want to transition from DARK hair to BLONDE hair and that is 👉🏼 TAKE IT SLOW‼️⁣
⁣
I’ve repeated this dark to light process a couple of times myself.👇🏼⁣
⁣
The first time I was driven by impatience and greed.⁣
⁣
The second time, I learned my lesson and I allowed this process to span over a year.😯😬⁣
⁣
The result of the first time around was broken, fragile, dry, split hair that eventually had to be chopped off.⁣
⁣
The result of the second time IS long, healthy, BLONDE hair that is strong and can take bleach like a beast ⚡️⁣
⁣
TAKE IT SLOW LADIES. Enjoy the process 💁🏼‍♀️⁣
When a massive (okay that’s an exaggeration) but When a massive (okay that’s an exaggeration) but you know, a “larger”machine takes a permanent spot on the counter, you know it’s a good one.😍⁣
⁣

⁣
You guys, I actually can’t believe it took me this long to get one of these! And let me just tell you, it is worth EVERY PENNY.⁣
⁣
I’m raving about my @ninjakitchen air fryer in today’s blog post because I just couldn’t help myself. If you’ve been thinking about getting one, let me convince you some more😅 Link in bio!!
