Reversing aging naturally just isn’t realistic 😅⁣ ⁣ ✨HAIR CARE- Investing in products to preserve your hair color and the integrity of your hair will prevent you from having to spend more money for extra toning services, all over colors, and give you the ability to perform conditioning treatments yourself at home!⁣ ⁣ ✨WHOLE FOODS- and of course we cannot leave out the most practical and probably the most effective way to keep your skin, hair, and body healthy. I’m a true believer that health begins within! What we feed our bodies directly affects what we see and feel.⁣ ⁣ This has been my inspo or my reasoning behind spending more money up front for products, and investing into a lifestyle that requires a little more time and energy in order to keep my skin, hair, and body healthy.

Trudging through mud?🙋🏼‍♀️⁣ ⁣ Let’s face it- #covidpost⁣ ⁣ We miss traveling, hugging our friends, SEEING our friends, being with family, birthday parties, social gatherings, last minute hangouts, looking forward to holidays rather than dreading the loneliness that might come with, smiling faces out in public.... freedom??⁣ ⁣ But reality tells us life is different right now. ⁣ ⁣ You know what I am so excited for?⁣ ⁣ When all of this blows over, I will have a very clear vision of what it looks like to make every single moment count.⁣ ⁣ Every opportunity to travel, I’ll take it. Every chance to see loved ones, I’ll take it. No more excuses👏🏼⁣ ⁣ Looking back to when restrictions weren’t a reality, I took for granted so many important and valuable moments of life.. you too?⁣ ⁣ So I could continue to sit in this “far from reality” fantasy of mine or I could continue to push through and keep my eyes fixed on what’s most important.⁣ ⁣ My relationship with Jesus and the work He is doing in my life EVEN IN THIS SEASON.⁣ ⁣ And while embracing the here and now, we can still look forward to what WILL be our reality again.⁣ ⁣ Funny how it takes something to be “taken from us” before we realize how much we appreciate it.⁣ ⁣ Keep trudging my friends. These are the numbers I count most recently when I realize how many days I have gone between hair washes 😬😂 If you find that disgusting, I don’t blame you! But I’d also ask, do you have a horse mane for hair like I do?😂 I’m writing about how I do this most effectively on the blog today! I am sharing with you my routine on the days I don’t wash my hair to keep it feeling and looking fresh and soft😊 Link is in my bio!
// shadow root \\ What does it look like and what // shadow root \\ What does it look like and what is the purpose of it?👇🏼⁣ ⁣ If you are someone who loves the keep your hair bright but doesn’t like the harsh grow out or harsh lines that a full foil can create, adding shadow root might be for you!⁣ ⁣ The method works by choosing a translucent semi permanent color that is 1-2 shades darker than the highlight and TAPPING THE ROOT. This is different then a root melt in that the root color will be close to invisible!⁣ ⁣ It creates a soft, lived in look that makes for an easier grow out and a natural finish✨⁣ ⁣
